Don has been a marketing professional since 1999 and appreciates a good Guerilla Marketing Campaign. He’s a hands on consultant who loves to work with businesses and organizations to help meet their needs. He’s worked with major Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike and enjoys a good challenge. In his spare time you can find him enjoying the Chicago suburbs with his wife Jenn.

Jenn studied at The University of Notre Dame majoring in English and received a secondary education certificate. After graduation she moved to Los Angeles and discovered the emerging new world of online learning and communications. Since then she has served on teams in a variety of roles including instructional writing and design, as well as project management. Outside of work Jenn loves to spend time in the gym and with her family.

Jarrod is a problem solver and solutions provider that loves to work through a client’s challenges. He has worked in various Business Development roles and serves as FreshySites Regional Account Manager for New York City. He will be graduating in the spring of 2022 with a degree in history.

Originally from a small town in Ohio, Tod moved to Pennsylvania where he studied Graphic Design at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. During his studies he worked for several companies including The Fred Rogers Company as an illustrator. After receiving his BA in Graphic Design, Tod worked for a small advertising agency focusing on branding, print, and layout design. His focus then shifted to illustration and freelance for a few years before moving to Binghamton, NY where he joined the FreshySites team. In his free time Tod enjoys drawing, playing too much ESO, and learning game design.

I turn design mockups into functioning websites for clients to interact with and revise before launching.

Karina is a 2012 graduate from the State University of New York at Oswego where she received a BA in Art with Graphic Design emphasis. As a Syracuse-area native, she gained 4 years of web design agency experience before joining FreshySites in early 2018 as a Web Designer. Karina has been intrigued by design ever since she designed a t-shirt for a middle school event. She loves seeing her creations “out in the wild” with no one the wiser on who designed it or how much time and thought went into it. In her free time you will find her reading, volunteering at the Humane Society, enjoying the Adirondacks and wine tasting.

Chelsey was born and raised in Kansas and is now settled in the hills of Missouri. She attended Drury University where she earned her B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice. In her free time she took an interest in Graphic Design which then turned into a passion for Web Design. After freelancing as a web designer for a number of years, Chelsey joined FreshySites where she is excited to be a part of a talented group of people that love great design. When she’s not working, you can find her reading, playing with her kids or tending her small farm.

Alisa is a St. Louisan, born and raised, but moved to France in 1999, where she still lives with her husband and two sons. She has a B.A. in French from Harding University. Alisa joined FreshySites in the fall of 2021, after 17 years with Red Earth Design. She specializes in WordPress security, functionality, troubleshooting, and is detail-oriented. In her spare time, she reads, travels, and plays tour guide for visiting friends and family.

My focus is on the total client success experience; from building a passionate and knowledgeable support team to continuously working to improve our processes and client-facing resources.

Erin was born and raised in Scranton, PA, which yes, is the home of Dunder Mifflin Paper Co. Erin earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design & Art History from Marywood University, where she stubbornly proclaimed “I will never work in web”. Fast forward a few years later and Erin is now head of the Support Team for FreshySites. Erin has extensive knowledge of all things web, and can help with just about any website problem. When she’s not blowing away a customer with great service and smileys, you can find Erin wandering the outdoors, enjoying time with her husband and son, and training to be a pirate. Because let’s be honest, Pirates are awesome!

After attending Ithaca College, Michael, a co-founder of Ithaca Community Radio, began the pursuit of honing his graphic design and web development talents within the promotional products, advertising, and print industries. Recently abandoning a life in the world of freelance, Michael now devotes his days full time to engaging design, twisting the throttle on his beloved motorcycle, or hiking any number of the beautiful trails nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, along with his family and their four legged companion.

With a burning desire to help in any way, I can assure you that if it’s broken, I’ll fix it!

Born in Missouri and raised all over the country before settling back in his home state, Avary is driven by a passion for being ‘that guy’ — the guy that’s ready and able to answer any question and help with every problem. After graduating high school in 2012, Avary jumped right into the workforce and has continued rapidly honing his technical skills, becoming proficient in a variety of disciplines with web hosting, support, and design taking hold of his attention for the last 5 years. Beyond the world of IT, Avary spends as much time as possible with his wife, watches far too much YouTube, and plays and reviews video games!

Kathryn Sanders is a Louisville, Kentucky native and graduate of Indiana University Southeast where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in business marketing. As a Customer Success Representative, Kathryn combines her passion for people and her desire to see businesses and individuals flourish professionally and personally. Her background in marketing and web management allow her to best curate strategies to proactively assess customer needs. In her free time, you’ll find Kathryn spending time with her husband, watching the latest season of Survivor, and serving her local church.
